Barry H. Martin was retained by Praztek Construction to provide engineering design and consulting services for a new 34 unit residential apartment complex in Timmins, ON.
Following the demolition of the old GV Hotel, our team of engineers worked in conjunction with the Owner and Architect to not only design for safety and code compliance, but also to bring value to the project by balancing costs and efficiency.
